Brassica napus Raw sequence reads

Ken-C8 was a Brassica napus lines that could tolerant mild salt stress, but it can't tolerant drastic salt stress. N53-2 was sensitive to mild salt stress, but it performant better than Ken-C8 under the condition of drastic salt stress. Here, we collected the leaf and root of Ken-C8 and N53-2 seedlings treated with NaCl solutions of different concentration for RNA-seq analysis, respectively. The raw data of RNA-seq was released here.
