Heteroaggregation of virions and microplastics reduces the number of active bacteriophages in aqueous environments

Zbiór danych to dane źródłowe, na podstawie których stworzono klasyczny model regresji liniowej służący opisowi zjawiska heteroagragacji bakteriofagów i mikroplastiku w środowisku wodnym. Pliki zawierają dane doświadczalne z przeprowadzonych eksperymentów wraz z literaturowymi danymi fizykochemicznymi (oraz modyfikacje tych danych) w formie stabelaryzowanej, pozwalającej na odtworzenie obliczeń, których wyniki przedstawiono w publikacji.The dataset contains source data that was used to create the classical linear regression model to describe the phenomenon of heteroaggregation of virions and microplastics in aqueous environments. The files contain experimental results as well as physicochemical literature data (and modifications of those parameters) in a tabulated form. The data is enough to repeat the calculations presented in the article.
