CultureTechLens Black Cultural Knowledge Graph

One record per person, place, work, institution, event, and practice in Black culture — Chicago first. Version 2.1 (2026-10-30) is the verified-only release of the CultureTechLens combined graph, built from CultureTechLens Combined Graph, Release 2026-10-28 (the union of the canonical CSV master and the build graph, matched only through the certified 2026-10-20 crosswalk) and filtered under CTL Phase 0 as amended by Amendment A1 (2026-10-30): a dataset published under a CTL DOI may contain only rows graded VERIFIED or STRONG EVIDENCE as stored (grade_master). Version 2.1 contains 3,488 entities, 2,595 relationships, and 197 rights-documented photographs; 4,042 unverified or ungraded entities were withheld (623 graded UNVERIFIED (no verification object); 3,419 build-only rows carrying no master grade), together with every relationship, photograph, and conflict note attached to them. Grades are carried per store and never merged (master scale: VERIFIED / STRONG EVIDENCE / UNVERIFIED; build scale under CTL-GOV-006: Verified / Provisional — carried as stored, not mapped). All 493 preserved disagreements attached to published entities ship in conflicts.csv, labeled and explained. Facts are graded under CTL-GOV-004 (no claim without a source supporting the exact claim). The public headline counts on culturetechlens.com remain the canonical master's 4,111 / 2,527. Supersedes v2.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23753474) as the current citable release; v2.0 remains published as the dated, unfiltered combined-graph instrument and is not rewritten.
