Gene expression profile at single cell level of kidney from Sglt2 WT and mutant mice fed with normal diet and high-fat diet.

Analysis of scRNA seq data showed emergence of a new cluster of proximal tubular cells with a distinct molecular fingerprint, predominantly found in WT-HFD mice. Overall design: SGLT2 MT and WT mice (10 weeks old) were fed with fed with high fat diet (60% Cal) or normal diet for 8 weeks.
