Data and code for Certified instability-band topology and finite-amplitude scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross-Pitaevskii equation

This reproducibility archive supports the manuscript “Certified instability-band topology and finite-amplitude scale switching in a fractional nonlocal Gross-Pitaevskii equation.” It contains interval certificates; complete signed-phase quadratic, slaving, and cubic tensors with termwise residual tests; uniform finite-exit diagnostics; a finite-horizon nonlinear transfer certificate; full-PDE validation; convergence and robustness checks; higher-dimensional outputs; and figure-generation scripts. Version 1.4 replaces Version 1.3 and adds the complete signed complex Fourier resonant network, normalized growing eigendata, all momentum-matched quadratic and cubic tensor entries, forward and reverse interaction channels, phase-reconstruction tests, controlled local-exit diagnostics, and the finite-horizon band-mass transfer certificate. It also includes the revised graphical abstract and Supplementary Figure S2. Data, documentation, CSV/NPZ outputs, and reference PDF/PNG outputs are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Python and C++ source code are licensed under the MIT License.
