Transcriptome data on sex-biased gene expression in mouse and human

Transcriptome data to study the differential expression of genes according to sex in mouse and humans. The mouse data were partly newly generated but most overlap with the data deposited in "Expression data for outlier gene expression project". The data from humans are derived from the GTeX resource. The files deposited here are formatted to match the statistical discussion in the publication attached to the analysis of these datasets.
