Agrobacterium pusense strain:RpEC2071 Genome sequencing and assembly. Agrobacterium pusense strain:RpEC2071

RpEC2071 was isolated from soil surrounding the roots of peanut plants from South China Agricultural University. After isolation and purification, Gram staining was negative under microscope, and 16S rRNA sequencing showed that the similarity between the isolate and Rhizobium pusense strain NRCPB10 was more than 99%. Therefore, it is classified as Rhizobium sp. Then whole genome was further use to determine its gene structure composition and related functions, and provides a theoretical basis for mining the functional potential of soil microorganisms.
