Large projected decline in dissolved oxygen in a eutrophic estuary due to climate change

This data includes the model codes and input files for the paper "Large projected decline in dissolved oxygen in a eutrophic estuary due to climate change" submitted to Journal of Geophysical Research-Oceans. It includes the input files and source code for ROMS and RCA model to produce simulations of Chesapeake Bay hypoxia during 1989-1998 and 2047-2098. ROMS (Regional Ocean Modeling System) model used in this study is version 3.4. RCA (Row-Column AESOP) water quality model used in this study is coupled with ROMS output, by UMCES group.
