These are copies of letters sent to the Colonial Secretary concerning the publication of regulations of the Board for the conduct and inspection of schools, the appointment of a Secretary of the Board, the establishment of a Model School in Sydney (enclosing a list of suitable sites), the proposed expenditure of the Board's vote, and requesting that "the Board should be incorporated for the purpose of taking and holding land for the sites of School Houses and other purposes".
