This study investigates the coupled regulation mechanisms of carbon sequestration, microbial community dynamics, and manganese stabilization in manganese-contaminated soils amended with phosphorus-modified biochar. High-throughput 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing was performed to evaluate bacterial community composition and its response to biochar application. The sequencing data provide insights into how biochar-mediated changes in soil properties and microbial processes contribute to carbon cycling and heavy metal stabilization.
