资源简介:

Code and data reproducing the tables and figures of the manuscript. The deposit is flat; file prefixes carry the structure. To reproduce: download all files into one folder, then run pip install -r requirements.txt followed by python reproduce.py. This writes a single file, RESULTS.html, which opens in any browser and shows Tables 3 to 8 and Figures 5 to 8 as they appear in the paper, computed from the deposited CSV files. It takes about ten seconds and needs only Python 3.9 or later with numpy and matplotlib — no restricted data and no GIS software. data_NN_*.csv are the national-level results, the direct source of every table; data_z*.csv are the same quantities by region. code_NN_*.py are the analysis pipeline that produced them, in execution order; code_00_raster_pipeline_engine.py is the single authoritative implementation of the cascade model (flowering date, stage indices, yield, moisture, grade, grade-priced income) that all other scripts call. These are provided for inspection: running them requires the climate rasters noted below. Grade prices are the 2024 cooperative purchase schedule (A 12,500 / B 11,458 / C 11,111 KRW per kg; honey above 23% moisture is refused from purchase), identical to the companion economic analysis. MANIFEST.csv lists all files with SHA-256 checksums. Climate scenario rasters (Korea Meteorological Administration) and the national forest type map (Korea Forest Service) cannot be redistributed here; the README documents their sources. The 570 anonymised farm-year observations used for hindcasting are archived with the companion methods paper (doi:10.5281/zenodo.19837178). Analysis domain: 9,865 one-km pixels weighted by black locust stand fractional cover (351.5 km²; Kish effective sample size 4,317), South Korea. Baseline of 30 individually computed years (1991–2020): 37.20 kg per colony, 20.16% moisture, 48.55% premium grade share, 377 thousand KRW per colony.
