Description of the data and file structure This repository contains the datasets and MATLAB code used to generate the plots underlying the figures of the associated manuscript. Contents Data:MATLAB .mat files containing the processed data used for plotting. Code:MATLAB scripts used to generate the plots from the datasets. Plots:Output plots generated by the MATLAB scripts (prior to figure layout and editing). Notes:The final published figures were assembled using Inkscape based on the SVG plots generated by the MATLAB code in this repository. Contact:For questions regarding the data or code, please contact the corresponding author. Code/software The datasets are provided in MATLAB (.mat) format and can be viewed using MATLAB. The included MATLAB scripts generate the plots underlying the figures in the manuscript. The scripts were developed using MATLAB R2025b and rely only on standard MATLAB functions.
