RNAseq of Juniperus sabina L.. Juniperus sabina

Juniperus sabina L. is an evergreen shrub of Juniperus of Cupressaceae, which is the main Tibetan medicine and Uygur medicine. Podophyllotoxins are one of the main secondary metabolites of Sabina vulgaris. At present, the accumulation and formation mechanisms of podophyllotoxins in Juniperus sabina are still unclear. In this study, we put forward a large number of transcriptome data to reveal the accumulation and formation mechanisms of podophyllotoxin in different growth stages of Juniperus sabina leaves.
