Effect of SLC25A1 knockdown on gene expression during differentiation of human airway basal cells

To investigate the role of mitochondrial citrate export in differentiation of airway basal cells, we knocked down SLC25A1, the gene encoding mitochondrial citrate carrier. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 5 donors at three time points.
