This dataset is a carbon-water-heat flux dataset collected at the Shenzha Station from 2019 to 2022 for alpine grasslands and alpine wetlands, including parameters such as Net Ecosystem Productivity (NEP), Ecosystem Respiration (RE), Gross Primary Productivity (GPP), latent heat flux, sensible heat flux, and net radiation. This dataset integrates four eddy covariance systems, centered on paired grazing-exclusion and grazing eddy covariance systems in alpine grasslands and alpine wetlands. Specifically, the two paired systems for alpine grasslands are approximately 380 meters apart, while the two paired systems for alpine wetlands are approximately 270 meters apart. All eddy covariance datasets are processed using internationally recognized standard data processing workflows, which include coordinate rotation, WPL correction, system self-heating correction, outlier removal, and concurrent precipitation data removal, among others. Drawing on previous research experiences and consensuses, as well as the unique geographical characteristics of the Shenzha alpine ecosystem, the following quality control criteria are referenced. However, given that the natural environment is not stationary, the principle of retaining as much original data as possible is followed, so some retained data are not forced to comply with these control standards: data exceeding three times the standard deviation within a day, data with a quality control flag (ranging from 0 to 2) equal to 2, and data with nighttime friction velocity below the threshold (0.1 m/s for alpine grasslands, 0.15 m/s for alpine wetlands). This dataset has scientific value for understanding the carbon, water and heat effects of grazing-exclusion enclosure ecological engineering in alpine ecosystems, and can also be used for calibration and validation of mechanistic models, among other applications.
