Raw data files from RNA-seq on BV2 cells

BV2 cells were treated with α-M or NP-α-M, and the total RNA was extracted using Trizol (ThermoFisher). RNA analysis was conducted by Shanghai Personalbio Technology Co., Ltd, China. The sequencing library was constructed using TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina), and the library was sequenced using Hiseq platform (Illumina). pval: p-value padj: p-adjusted value FPKM: Fragments Per Kilobase of exon model per Million mapped fragments GO: Gene Ontology analyses, based on the Gene Ontology Database (http://www.geneontology.org/) KEGG: Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses, based on KEGG pathway database (http://www.genome.jp/kegg/)
