EBSD data

This EBSD data is the raw data used in the manuscript titled "Fracture toughness of laser-based powder bed fusion produced Ti-6Al-4V". The heat treatment condition of the specimen and viewing plane is specified in the file name.本电子背散射衍射（Electron Backscatter Diffraction，EBSD）数据集为《激光粉末床熔融制备Ti-6Al-4V合金的断裂韧性》一文所用的原始实验数据。试样的热处理工艺及观测面信息均在文件名中予以标注。
