We performed scRNA-seq to analyze the changes of IECs cell subsets and signaling pathways in neonatal mice after NEC Overall design: IECs (EpCAM+CD45-) from Ctrl pups, NEC pups, Fxrfl/fl and Fxr?IEC NEC pups were sorted via BD FACS. Sorted cells were sequenced using the 10x Genomics platform.
