Peritoneal fluid extracellular vesicles from endometriosis and control patients

Multi-omic analysis of peritoneal fluid extracellular vesicles (EVs) from laparoscopically-confirmed endometriosis and endometriosis-free controls provided evidence that EV-mediated communication reflects involvement of pelvic immune and angiogenesis dysregulation in the etiology of endometriosis.
