Specialized macrophages link gut lymphoid follicles to Crohn's disease granulomas

This repository contains the processed spatial transcriptomics outputs from the updated segmentation analysis of colonic tissue samples (previously deposited under GEO accession: GSE234713). The dataset maps high-dimensional cellular niches within the tissue utilizing a Nanostring CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager 1000-plex panel. Included in this archive are the refined cell boundary polygons, the raw unnormalized data object, and the comprehensive metadata containing the cellular annotations and clustering identities discussed in the associated publication.
