The studies of isolated exosomes from human saliva. Homo sapiens

Lung cancer (LC) is the most frequent cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, and the exosomes are involved in different types of cancer, including LC. In the current study, we collected saliva from 18 healthy persons and 18 patients suffered LC, and isolated exosomes from saliva successfully. miRNA sequencing was implemented for the exosome samples from healthy persons (NC) and patients (LC), 25 differentially expressed miRNAs were identified in LC vs NC.
