VPRS 19219 Law Committee, Minutes and Index to Minutes

This series consists of meeting minutes and papers of the Law Committee, along with an index to minutes for the years 1962 to 1986. The function of Law Committee was to furnish advice to the Board of Management or the Executive. The Board of Management or the Executive were required to submit legal matters to the Committee for discussion prior to being referred externally for further legal advice and opinion. This committee appears to have been disbanded once the hospital employed its own internal legal counsel.
