The dataset contains the physicochemical characteristics of liquid fractions obtained in the HTC process, depending on various technological parameters of the HTC process (temperature: 180-220°C and process time: 1- 2h).
The raw material for the HTC process was brewers' spent grain (beer brewing - grain composition: 50% wheat malt and 50% Pilsner malt).
