Physicochemical properties of the liquid fraction obtained in the HTC process of brewery spent grain

The dataset contains the physicochemical characteristics of liquid fractions obtained in the HTC process, depending on various technological parameters of the HTC process (temperature: 180-220°C and process time: 1- 2h). The raw material for the HTC process was brewers' spent grain (beer brewing - grain composition: 50% wheat malt and 50% Pilsner malt).
