Cosmic Capacitor Mechanics: A Unified Framework for Electro-Gravitational Matter Precipitation and Planetary Stability

Abstract This paper presents a novel electro-mechanical framework modeling celestial bodies as dynamic dielectric sinks within a high-potential, non-local background field. By applying principles of circuit impedance and harmonic resonance, we derive a "Cosmic Capacitor" model that accounts for the stable volumetric growth of planets and the catastrophic fragmentation of smaller bodies. We define a periodic attenuation factor (\Gamma_7) acting as a circuit breaker, grounding excess parametric resonance into stable matter via a Mod 9 invariant lattice. Furthermore, we unify classical gravitation with electrostatics by demonstrating that gravity is a secondary centripetal manifestation of a radially aligned dielectric displacement gradient induced by proton-electron mass asymmetry. Framework validation is provided through high-energy test simulations.
