Soil microbial(fungal) community affected by log-term green manure application under maize monoculture

We analysed a long-term maize monoculture amendment with green manure with tillage, fertilizer with tillage. Globally, the results of this study highlight the importance of green manure application, not only to eliminate soil erosion, but also to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions by regenerative sustainable agriculture, reinforcing that part of the beneficial soil microbial community, eliminating some pathogens such as representatives of Alternaria genus.
