Supporting spatial data for Therapeutic manipulation and spatial quantification of the tumour microenvironment in colorectal cancer

This data repository contains all required spatial data to reproduce the spatial analysis conducted in the paper: Therapeutic manipulation and spatial quantification of the tumour microenvironment in colorectal cancer The repository contains two folders: muspan_domain (folder of all muspan domains) Globally aligned stromal and immune panel muspan domains of AKPT mouse colon cancer samples Locally aligned regions of these globally aligned domains of AKPT mouse colon cancer samples AlignedPointcloudALK5 (folder of csv files) Globally aligned sample csvs of cell coordinates and cell type annotation Locally aligned samples csvs of cell coordinates and cell type annotation Images of local regions superimposed on global tissue All spatial analysis was conducted using MuSpAn v1.2.0 and spatial data was saved as MuSpAn domain objects.
