资源简介:
These findings in accordance with our results that miRNAs involved in the pathogenesis of metabolic disorders in EAT of CAD patients.
Overall, we were able to depict a novel miRNA signature of EAT in CAD patients characterized by a disregulated of miRNAs profile that are probably involved in pathogenesis of CAD.
The results were validated by qRT-PCR and cell transfection.
The results of the current study support the hypothesis that miRNA expression is deregulated in epicardial adipose tissue in patients suffering from CAD disease.
We provided a comprehensive potential novel miRNAs expression signature of EAT in CAD patients, and we showed that the targets of the miRNAs are necessarily associated to the pathogenesis of CAD.
