数据集内容主要包括生产线生产的单电池功率密度数据集。数据采集地点在徐州市固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)工程研究中心实验室实验设备。SOFC电池/电堆测试设备和发电系统,基本配置包括加热与热管理系统、气体供给系统、重整系统、电池堆发电系统、控制系统、排放管路,安全检测系统等。性能检测仪器为外置的电子负载等。阳极气体为燃料来自气瓶或管路,阴极气体为空气来自风机,阳极和阴极气体经过配有计量装置的气体供给系统,进入预热装置加热至指定温度分别进入电池堆的阳极和阴极,发生电化学反应,并产生电流。通过外置电子负载对SOFC电池堆、热盒进行测试和监控,评估发电性能。

This dataset mainly includes single-cell power density data produced on the production line. Data was collected using experimental equipment in the laboratory of the Xuzhou Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Engineering Research Center. The SOFC cell/stack testing equipment and power generation system have basic configurations including heating and thermal management systems, gas supply systems, reforming systems, stack power generation systems, control systems, exhaust pipelines, safety detection systems, and other related components. Performance testing instruments include external electronic loads and other devices. The anode gas (fuel) is supplied from gas cylinders or pipelines, while the cathode gas (air) comes from fans. Both anode and cathode gases pass through a gas supply system equipped with metering devices, then enter a preheating device to be heated to a specified temperature, and are subsequently fed into the anode and cathode sides of the stack respectively to undergo electrochemical reactions and generate electric current. Testing and monitoring of the SOFC stack and thermal box are carried out via the external electronic load to evaluate the power generation performance.
