Pesticide residues in the field pose significant risks to non-target organisms. In wheat rhizosphere, the environmental behavior of pesticide is significantly influenced by structural differences. The different structure motifs of pesticides drive different effects on soil-plant microecological health, and sulfonylurea motifs present heightened risks than carbamate and pyrethroid motifs. And the key taxa that responded to these motifs, not only having the degrading potential aim to specific pesticides but also contributing to the ecological risk accumulation in rhizosphere. These findings provide new insights into pesticide-induced ecological risks and support the development of environmentally friendly pesticides for sustainable agriculture.
