SIX2 regulates various mRNA expression in MKN-45 cells.Results provide insight into the role of SIX2-involved mechanisms underlying SIX2-mediated effects on gastric cancer stemness. Overall design: mRNA profiles of MKN-45 cells with or without SIX2 overexpression were generated by deep sequencing, in two repeats, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
