1941~1944 Statistical Survey of Work ,Technical and Labour : Survey Outline, Questionnaire, etc.

調査の範囲は工業事業体および鉱業事業体に加わる形で、運輸事業体が加えられた。これまでは事業主および労働者のみが調査の対象だったが、技術者も調査対象に加えられる。調査実施期間は毎年6月10日に変更された。前身となった労働統計実地調査令は、労働技術統計調査令の発令とともに廃止された。
昭和19年4月15日勅令第265号にて勤労統計調査令が発令されたと同時に当調査は廃止された。

The scope of the survey has been expanded to include transportation businesses in addition to industrial and mining enterprises. Previously, the survey only targeted business owners and workers, but technicians have now been added as well. The implementation period of the survey has been changed to June 10th every year. The predecessor, the Labor Statistics Field Survey Ordinance, was abolished concurrently with the issuance of the Labor Technology Statistics Survey Ordinance. The Labor Statistics Survey Ordinance was promulgated on April 15th, 1944, under Imperial Order No. 265, and this survey was abolished at the same time.
