The number of commercial real estate transactions in Italy decreased slightly as compared to previous year in 2023. In that year, over 158,000 transactions were completed. A glance at the graph reveals that the most dynamic market for commercial real estate was the North-West, followed by the North-East, and by Central Italy. The North-West accounted for approximately 50,600 transactions - about one-third of the activity in the sector.
