资源简介:
Survey dataset on sustainability capabilities and humanitarian supply chain resilience across four African countries
Description
This dataset supports a study of the configurational pathways through which sustainability capabilities relate to humanitarian supply chain resilience (HSCR) in humanitarian organisations. It contains responses from 373 humanitarian organisations operating across four African countries (Nigeria, Ethiopia, Mozambique, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo), collected through a structured questionnaire.
The instrument measures four constructs on a seven point Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree to 7 = strongly agree). Three antecedent conditions capture sustainability capability: social capability (SSC, six items), economic capability (ESC, six items), and environmental sustainability capability (ENSC, six items). The outcome, humanitarian supply chain resilience (HSCR), is measured as a second order construct comprising three dimensions, each with four items: preparedness (P1–P4), adaptive response (R1–R4), and recovery (RC1–RC4). The dataset therefore contains 34 item level variables plus a country identifier.
The data were analysed using confirmatory factor analysis, necessary condition analysis (NCA), and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). The file is suitable for replicating the measurement model, the necessity analysis, and the configurational (truth table, sufficiency, and holdout) analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
