Supplementary Package for Technical Check
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the anonymized dataset and supplementary research materials associated with a cross-sectional questionnaire-based study examining sleep quality, insomnia severity, morningness–eveningness preference, perceived cognitive functioning, and studio-related sleep and functioning perceptions among undergraduate architecture students. The study was conducted among students enrolled in studio-based architectural design courses. Data were collected using a structured self-administered online questionnaire distributed through official university email channels. The questionnaire included demographic and academic variables, items from the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, the Insomnia Severity Index, a brief morningness–eveningness preference component, perceived cognitive-functioning items adapted from the Cognitive Functioning Self-Assessment Scale, and study-specific items addressing the perceived effects of studio-based education on sleep, fatigue, creativity, academic performance, daily scheduling, and cognitive functioning. The uploaded materials include: An anonymized Excel dataset. The questionnaire instrument. A variable codebook describing variable names, item wording, coding schemes, response scales, and derived variables. Scoring and analysis documentation explaining the calculation of PSQI, ISI, morningness–eveningness, perceived cognitive-functioning, and studio-related variables. Statistical analysis documentation/syntax used to support reproducibility. The dataset has been anonymized by removing direct personal identifiers. The data are intended to support peer review, transparency, verification of the reported methodology, and secondary methodological assessment. The data should be interpreted in relation to the cross-sectional and self-reported nature of the study. The dataset does not support causal inference or clinical diagnosis.
