PHILOSOPHICAL AND CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL MODERNIZATION PROCESSES IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the philosophical and conceptual dimensions of social modernization in New Uzbekistan. Social modernization encompasses structural reforms in governance, education, economy, and culture, aiming to create a dynamic, open, and innovative society. By analyzing theoretical frameworks and practical reforms implemented in Uzbekistan since 2016, the study identifies the philosophical foundations underlying these transformations, highlighting principles such as humanism, inclusivity, and ethical governance. The research demonstrates that modernization in New Uzbekistan is not solely economic or technological but represents a holistic cultural and social paradigm shift.
