Co-regulation of genome-wide gene expression by FluG and FluG-like protein A (FlrA) in Beauveria bassiana

Up to 1415 genes are co-upregulated (540) or co-downregulated (875) at similar levels in the flrA and fluG null mutants, highlighting similar regulatory roles for FlrA and FluG in the adaptation of B. bassian to insect-pathogenic lifecycle and environment. Trnascriptomes were constructed by RNA-seq based on three 3-day-old SDAY cultures (replicates) of flrA null mutant, fluG null mutant and wild-type strain.
