Analysis scripts and source data for "Residual Rim Width Shapes Tibiofemoral Mechanics After Discoid Lateral Meniscus Saucerization"

This record contains the Python post-processing scripts and the source data for the finite element study “Residual Rim Width Shapes Tibiofemoral Mechanics After Discoid Lateral Meniscus Saucerization”. The scripts (extraction_scripts.zip) extract load sharing, tibial cartilage contact pressure and contact area, meniscal von Mises stress, axial displacement and the deviation from the normal reference from OptiStruct output files. File paths refer to the authors’ folder layout and need to be adapted. Source_data.xlsx contains the values plotted in Figures 3–5 and Supplementary Figures S1–S2. Finite element models are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request. MRI data are not shared.
