<b>data_trip_to_water.rds</b> contains for each lion used in the analysis (43 individuals) the trajectories (x, y, time) of lion trips between waterholes and the characteristics of these trips (duration, straightness, name of starting and ending waterholes…).<b>IBM_simulation</b>: Here are the trajectories simulated using an integrated step selection function fitted to each lions’ empirical trajectories. For each simulated dataset, one “IBM_returnLION_NAME.rds” is present. The .rds document is a list that contains the simulated coordinates at each time step (x,y,t) (First element of the list) and the coordinates of the territorial borders (Last element of the list).
