The quantity X��Y denotes the net flow from X to Y. The values u and v in parentheses (u, v) denote the fractions in the two score regions SS>0.6, respectively. A, B, and C represent the three cases of simians, sperm whale, and elephant, respectively. D indicates the case of the real sequence of the tree shrew with a short branch instead of the root sequence of the primates, to confirm that the estimation of the root sequence is not very biased.
