Dataset from TOMMORROW Clinical Study Data User Guide

This User Guide was developed by some of the TOMMORROW study investigators at Duke University who were involved in the TOMMORROW trial design, in collaboration with current users of the TOMMORROW datasets and the Alzheimers Disease Data Initiative (ADDI), to help orient users to the datasets available in this rather unique and complicated clinical trial.
The Guide is designed to answer commonly asked questions and to provide an easy reference guide for common use cases of the data.
It is meant to be used in conjunction with the available TOMMORROW documentation on Vivli, including the annotated clinical record form (aCRF.pdf), the data definition documents (Define.pdf, Takeda_Protocol_SDTM_Specs_V1.xlsx), the TOMMORROW data dictionary, and the available topline publications, as depicted below.
