资源简介:

Imprint of readme.md Additional information for using the database of the publication “Erste Erkenntnisse zur Bewegungsanalyse bei additiven Fertigungsprozessen”/“Initial findings on motion analysis in additive manufacturing processes” The .zip-Archive contains two folders for the two building methods: “3DP” for 3D-printing; “conventional” for conventional fabrication. The conventional method is divided by the numbered fabrication phases (see below) as well as the test groups (TG) TG 1 and TG 2. Each test group contains two test subjects. The test subjects are numbered in a continuous row (1-4); while subject 1 and 2 are assigned to TG 1, subject 3 and 4 are assigned to TG 2. The phases for conventional fabrication are: (1) formwork production (2) reinforcement production (3) insert reinforcement (4) concrete (5) demould The phases for 3D-printing are: (1) preparation (2) printing Example usage: The point cloud value for test subject 3 in the conventional fabrication, phase “concrete” can be found in the directory “/conventional/(4) concrete_TG 2/(4) concrete_test subject 3.txt”. The point clouds use the .TXT-file-format and are structured as follows (example marker point chosen for demonstration purposes): x-axis y-axis z-axis time -1494.57995605 -1012.39001465 1877.77001953 23.000000 Information for top view-analysis The area of the workspace (platform): xmin = -6120, xmax = 2680, ymin = -1820, ymax = 2100 Information for profile-view-analysis head heights of candidates: test subject 1: 1,82 m test subject 2: 1,93 m test subject 3: 1,74 m test subject 4: 1,73 m Additional information The cameras tracked the markers at 120 Hz. Used libraries in R-script: - sp - raster - reshape2 - dplyr - ggplot2 - tools
