Purpose: We aimed to identify a novel therapeutic approach in gastric cancer using high-throughput screening and our computational SynerySeq pipeline. We investigated the therapeutic efficiency of clofarabine as a single agent and in combination with the PI3K inhibitor pictilisib in treating in vitro and in vivo models of gastric cancer. Overall design: Examination of 2 gastric adenocarcinoma cell lines AGS and MKN45 treated with Clofarabine compound
