资源简介:
Large-scale livestock farming generates NH3 emissions that not only cause the formation of atmospheric particles, leading to cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, but also harm animal production. Plants can filter and remove large amounts of atmospheric pollutants, and studies have shown that phyllosphere microorganisms have the potential for biological transformation and repair of NH3. Although plant and phyllosphere microbe remediation has been extensively studied for purifying atmosphere pollutants, little research has been done on their application for controlling air pollution inside animal housing. In this study, NH3-polluted air volatilized from livestock wastewater in a cattle farm was used to simulate air pollution in animal houses, and an NH3 exposure environment was constructed in a customized smog chamber to induce and analyze plant removal capacity and the response of plants and phyllosphere microorganisms. In addition, the preliminary exploration of the conversion of NH4+-N by phyllosphere microorganisms was conducted using a dilution culture method.
