We investigated the differential gene expression and regulation of the network of genes in Artemia submitted to ITT or SITT using RNA-Seq technology. A comparative transcriptomic analysis was conducted to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying thermal response and adaptation in A. franciscana with the aim to verify if the physiological and genetically responses are identical or not.
