coastDat Storm Tides (German Coast)

The idea of coastDat (coastdat.de) is to use numerical model-systems to simulate the meteo-marine environment in data sparse regions. For example, the design water level of coastal protection is based, among others, on past observations from gauges. For historical severe storm tides ensemble calculations are done.

海岸数据（coastdat.de）的构想在于利用数值模型系统模拟数据稀疏区域的海气环境。例如，海岸防护设计的标准水位基于过去的观测数据，其中测站数据是重要的参考。对于历史性的极端风暴潮，则进行了一系列的集合计算。
