Code, tests and input data for: Decision sensitivity when transferring embodied-carbon thresholds across declaration systems: a concrete case study in Taiwan

Code, tests, input data and run records for the manuscript "Decision sensitivity when transferring embodied-carbon thresholds across declaration systems: a concrete case study in Taiwan". This is version 2.5 of the deposit package; README.txt lists the contents, how to run the code, the changes from earlier versions and the errata. Version 2.5 differs from version 2.4 (record 23837198) only in wording: Online Resource 1, Section B says that the north-central ACI value equals 0.85 times the north-central average used for the Minnesota value (0.85 × 305 = 259.25), instead of 'rests on the same regional average'; no number changes. Version 2.4 differed from version 2.3 (record 23836706) only in wording: Online Resource 1, Table A1 cites Table 4.1 of the MnDOT report at p 16 instead of p 15; Table A0 calls NSF 1112-26 v3.0 'a later NSF PCR' instead of 'successor'; two erratum notes name the MnDOT report 2025a, as the manuscript does; no number changes. Version 2.3 differed from version 2.2 (record 23834957) only in wording: the Fig. 2 row label '0.85 × national (ACI default)' becomes '0.85 × national', and two sentences of Online Resource 1 are narrowed; no number changes. Version 2.2 includes label 2603824042 (erratum: up to version 2.1 it was excluded on an annotation in the author's own extract, not on the registry), so that the sample is 118 labels and 944 product–threshold pairs; adds a sensitivity analysis of the delivery-energy magnitude D (ijlca/d_sensitivity.py), the bounded truck-mixer difference in kg and the additional shift relative to C (ijlca/margin_units.py), and the clause-by-clause comparison of the two product category rules (ijlca/table_A0.md); and aligns Online Resource 1 and the figures with the manuscript, where operations 1 and 2 of the code are called Questions A and B. Earlier versions are described in the README. The extracts of the official registry records are stored with their SHA-256 hashes; MANIFEST.txt gives the SHA-256 of every file. Third-party data sets that are not redistributed (the ICE version 3 values file and the ÖKOBAUDAT 2024-II export) are identified in the README.
