Genome structure and function of Saccharomyces cerevisiae's megachromosome with twin rDNA loci in cis

Using deep sequencing data we analyzed the 3D organization and stability of mega-size yeast chromosomes, carrying two functional rDNA loci duplicated in cis and within the same chromosomal arm. We investigated genome stability and architecture using HiC (genome-wide chromosome conformation capture method) as well as its function using RNA-sequencing.
