VPRS 13952 SECV 6th Entity Files

This series comprises records, mainly correspondence files relating to the business activities of the SECV's 6th Entity, which was an entity created from those parts of the State Electricity Commission (SECV) that were not or could not be disaggregated. Matters referred to in these records include: the disaggregation of Generation Victoria, the allocation of assets, due diligence related records, company claims against the SECV related to Production Technology activities, records relating to the Gippsland Trading Group contract and matters relating to the Gas Business/Ecogen.
