Eye movements during narrative viewing

This data was collected to investigate what are the influences of narrative on gaze behaviour. This is a behavioural dataset containing eye-tracking data. This dataset contains the data, experimental scripts used for data collection and analysis scripts for data processing.
Specifically, participants freely viewed images presented one at the time, either in the order so that it made one coherent story, or in a shuffled order. There were 4 stories total, each participant viewed 2 in the meaningful and 2 in the shuffled condition. Each story contained 24 images. These were black-and-white hand-drawings from the Frog Stories collection.
Participants included here were typical adults with normal sight and no psychological or neurological disorder.
The eye-tracking was performed using the EyeLink-1000 (SR Research) eye-tracker.
